Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted if approved in writing under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that work has not yet started. Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.We encourage clients to contact us promptly if they have any questions or concerns regarding their order or service.
